From July 26 to August 3, XXIII International Congress of History of Science and Technology was held in Budapest, Hungary. Liao Yuqun, director of IHNS attended and addressed the conference. At the conference, more than 10 representatives from IHNS read out their paper. This visit would promote international cooperation and exchanges between IHNS and other institutes in foreign country.
