Tenet of the Symposium:

To prosper the international communication on the history of technological exchange between China and foreign countries, to facilitate the innovation of military technologies and to advance the understanding of technological exchange and transfer across different cultures, countries and regions through the discussion on the topics of the technological exchange and transfer between China and foreign countries in modern and contemporary times.

Topics of the Symposium (Topics for submissions may include, but are not limited to):

1. Basic theoretical problems concerning technological exchange and transfer

2. Technological exchange and transfer between China and foreign countries in modern and contemporary times

3. International relations, geopolitics and technological transfer

4. Military technology exchange between China and foreign countries

5. Military education exchange between China and foreign countries

6. Other related topics / themes
